Niche has been a voice coach for over 6 years and was a faculty member at SVKM's NMIMS School of Performing Arts for 3 years, heading the vocal department for 2 years.
While at NMIMS, she created the curriculum for some of the vocal modules. She also created the Lyric Writing course's curriculum and started the lyric writing program at the university.
In 2022, Alongside fellow Berklee Grad - Janani Suresh, Niche co-founded Oviym, a Music Education company focussing on originality and creativity, through songwriting.
The minds at Oviym have created a unique workshop that uses music as a tool for overall corporate growth and team building. They show you how you can use songwriting to help your team utilize creative thinking to build better interpersonal relationships, develop leadership skills and work better as a team
Janani and Anisha have created and teach a 10-week course that includes all the essentials of being a professional songwriter.
From writing lyrics, on stage performance techniques, branding, artist identity to music release checklists.
Niche undertakes one-on-one songwriting coaching and mentorship sessions to a limited number of students each month
This course is useful to the beginner and even for a musician who is facing creative or artistic blocks. (which we all do from time to time!)

Having studied a myriad of forms of music, both classical and contemporary, Anisha has a deep understanding of the modern Indian vocalist.
They bring together their life experiences to cater to each student's specific trajectory of learning.
